Yoga at the Farm with Sara Clem of Salveo Yoga - 4 Week September Series
Imagine the scent of lavender as you practice yoga in the beautiful setting of Long Row Lavender Farm.. Sara Clem of Salveo Yoga is collaborating with the Farm for a 4-week yoga series that invites you to get grounded in nature.
Join us every Friday in September from 9:00 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. for a welcoming all-level outdoor yoga class designed to stretch the body and relax the mind. Participants are guided through gentle flows and movements that will release tension in the mind and the body, while increasing strength, flexibility, and focus. Practice will end with a guided meditation encouraging relaxation and stress-release.
After yoga, we encourage participants to visit the café or stroll through the farm. We invite you to take in the gorgeous sights and breathe in the relaxing scents of the farm in bloom. Lavender is known for its ability to calm the soul, boost immunity, and uplift the mood and we can’t think of a better place to practice yoga.
