Brunch + Blooms Lavender Growing 101 with Tracy Smith Saturday, May 24, 2025
Welcome to Brunch + Blooms, a new offering here at Long Row! Come enjoy a lovely buffet style brunch, hear the story of Long Row and end your morning learning how to grow lavender. Tracy will introduce you to this lovely herb and teach you how to grow your own. In this workshop, you will learn about lavender varieties, good soil composition, watering, pruning, harvesting and drying the herb. Each participant will receive a lavender plant (phenomenal variety) plus make a sachet from dried buds. This workshop will be held on our pergola, weather permitting. Otherwise, the class will be held in our barn loft which takes navigating stairs to access.

What if I signed up for a class but can't make it or need to cancel?
Notice of withdrawal from a workshop or class must be made at least 14 days prior to the start date. No refunds or transfers will be given for withdrawals made after that time. No refunds or transfers will be given for workshops or classes missed due to illness, personal conflict, or other reasons. Long Row reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule a workshop or class to adjust for enrollment. If Long Row cancels a workshop or class, you will receive a full refund.
