Sourdough 101 with Hilary Hayes Friday, May 3rd
Join Hilary Hayes in this informative sourdough 101 workshop. In this workshop, Hilary will walk you through the techniques needed to begin making sourdough at home. Students will walk away with the knowledge of "feeding", shaping, and working hands on with their sourdough. At the end of this workshop students will enjoy fresh baked bread, homemade dip, and will bring home their own sourdough starter. The supplies that are provided are a 24oz mason jar, and sourdough starter. Each participant will need to bring a Small/Medium sized bowl and a kitchen towel. This will allow students to transport their loaves home following this workshop.
