Pie Crust Making Workshop with Donna Lauck - Saturday, April 1, 2023

Grab your friends and join Donna Lauck in the art of making pie crust! In this class, students will become comfortable and confident in making excellent homemade, flakey pie crust that they will take pride in making for family and friends. The crust is the foundation of your masterpiece! 

Ingredients for making two pie shells will be provided, as well as equipment. (rolling pins, pastry blenders, parchment paper, etc. ) Pie plates will not be provided - kindly bring your own.Students will make and take home a pie crust ready to bake in their pie plate and another crust to make a top or shell. Each participant gets a slice of pie to eat at the end of class while asking questions , or to take home. Featured pies will be chocolate cream, coconut cream and a fruit pie.
