Glow and Flow Pilates

Looking for results? Join us at the lavender farm as Erin Gaugh with Radiate Pilates leads us through a four week fitness series of Glow and Flow. During these four weeks, Erin will teach the fundamentals of reducing the impact of stress on the body, rebalancing the nervous system, and restoring your strength and peace of mind.

This challenging, yet gentle, Pilates flow will focus on using calming breath work and mindful movement to improve your overall well-being.  

Glow and Flow is a four week one hour session series. Each participant is required to bring a cushioned mat, water bottle, and towel (optional).

This series is capped at seven participants and will be socially distanced. Participants are encouraged to wear masks.
