Sourdough 101 with Hilary Hayes - Saturday, August 30, 2025
In this hands-on workshop we will go over all of the basics to sourdough. We will walk through the process to make an artisan loaf, and each participant will get to shape their own loaf of bread. We will cover how to maintain a healthy sourdough starter, and each participant will feed their own starter. Lastly, we will enjoy eating a fresh loaf of bread together at the end of the workshop. Supplies Included: Sourdough starter jar, a loaf of bread to take home to bake, sourdough recipe card
