Sourdough 101 with Hilary Kuhn - Saturday, October 17, 2026
In this class we will cover the basics to sourdough: what it is, its health benefits, and how to feel confident making your own loaf of bread at home. Everyone will get to work with the dough hands-on and take home their own loaf to bake. We will also enjoy eating fresh bread together at the end of the class. Each person will take home their own sourdough starter jar, recipe card, as well as a loaf of bread to take home to bake.
Supplies to bring: small bowl and kitchen towel
*weather permitting this workshop will take place in our greenhouse space.
